In the movie The Good, The bad and the ugly, a simple dialog from the actors are easily noticeable, and it usually start with " in this world there are two kinds of people (or anything that fits the scene). In this case there are two of generals those who are real and those who just sits. This post is about my road to Arm Chair Generalship where anyone don't need any heavy loads of military schooling, No sweat, blood and guts and not even your blood my guts type of relationship.
